Brave Girl

Once upon a time, in a small village nestled between green hills, there lived a curious and adventurous little girl named Lily. Lily had a heart full of imagination and a mind eager to explore the world around her.

One sunny morning, Lily woke up with a twinkle in her eyes. She had an idea brewing in her mind—she wanted to find a hidden treasure! With her faithful dog, Sparky, by her side, Lily embarked on a grand adventure.

They followed an old map that Lily had discovered in her grandfather's dusty attic. The map led them through thick forests, across sparkling rivers, and up a towering mountain. Along the way, they encountered talking animals, magical creatures, and friendly townsfolk who helped them decipher clues.

As Lily and Sparky reached the mountain peak, their hearts raced with excitement. They followed the final clue that led them to a hidden cave. Inside, they discovered a treasure chest filled with not gold or jewels, but something even more precious—books!

Lily's eyes widened with wonder as she leafed through the pages of the books. Each book contained tales of faraway lands, brave heroes, and mythical creatures. Lily realized that these stories were treasures that could transport her to places she had never imagined.

With a newfound love for reading, Lily returned to her village, sharing stories with her friends and family. She organized storytelling gatherings, where children and adults alike gathered to listen and be enchanted by her words.

Lily's adventures continued as she explored different worlds through books. She became a storyteller herself, inspiring others to embark on their own journeys of imagination and discovery. The village flourished with creativity, and the joy of storytelling brought the community closer together.

And so, the tale of Lily and her quest for treasure became a legendary story passed down through generations. It reminded everyone that sometimes, the greatest treasures can be found in the pages of a book and the power of imagination.

From that day forward, children in the village cherished books, their minds filled with dreams and their hearts brimming with the magic of stories. And it all began with a little girl named Lily, who believed in the power of a story to ignite the imagination of both young and old.

The lunar cycle lasts approximately 29.5 days, and during this time, the Moon goes through the following phases:

New Moon: The Moon is not visible from Earth during this phase because it is in between the Earth and the Sun.

Waxing Crescent: The Moon begins to appear as a thin crescent shape on the right-hand side. This phase lasts from 1-6 days after the New Moon.

First Quarter: The Moon appears as a half-circle shape and is illuminated on the right-hand side. This phase lasts from 7-13 days after the New Moon.

Waxing Gibbous: The Moon appears as a nearly full circle shape, with a small sliver of darkness on the left-hand side. This phase lasts from 14-20 days after the New Moon.

Full Moon: The Moon appears as a complete circle and is fully illuminated by the Sun. This phase lasts from 21-27 days after the New Moon.

Waning Gibbous: The Moon appears as a nearly full circle shape, with a small sliver of darkness on the right-hand side. This phase lasts from 22-29 days after the New Moon.

Third Quarter: The Moon appears as a half-circle shape and is illuminated on the left-hand side. This phase lasts from 22-29 days after the New Moon.

Waning Crescent: The Moon appears as a thin crescent shape on the left-hand side. This phase lasts from 22-29 days after the New Moon, until it returns to the New Moon phase and the cycle begins again.

International Women's Day 8 March

International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8th every year to recognize the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world. The day also serves as a reminder of the ongoing struggle for gender equality and women's rights.

The history of International Women's Day dates back to the early 1900s when women's suffrage and labor movements were gaining momentum in Europe and North America. The first International Women's Day was observed in 1911, and it has since become a global event with various activities and events organized to celebrate and support women's rights and gender equality.

The theme for International Women's Day changes every year to reflect current issues and challenges facing women around the world. In recent years, themes have included "Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities: Progress for All," "Be Bold for Change," and "Choose to Challenge."

International Women's Day is an important opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women and to advocate for gender equality and women's rights. It is a time to reflect on the progress made so far and to identify areas where more work needs to be done to ensure that women have equal opportunities and are able to reach their full potential.

International Women's Day can be celebrated in many different ways, including with Islamic teachings and practices. In Islam, women have many rights and are considered equal to men in terms of their spiritual value and status. Here are some ways to celebrate International Women's Day with an Islamic touch:

Learn about the status of women in Islam: International Women's Day can be an opportunity to learn about the rights and roles of women in Islam. Read Islamic books and texts that discuss the status of women in Islam, and attend lectures or talks by Islamic scholars or women's rights activists.

Support women's education: Education is highly valued in Islam, and providing education to women is especially important. Support organizations or initiatives that work to provide education and training to women, and encourage girls and women in your community to pursue education and learning.

Promote women's empowerment: Encourage women to take on leadership roles and participate in decision-making processes, both at home and in the wider community. Support women's entrepreneurship and economic empowerment by purchasing products and services from women-owned businesses and promoting their work.

Advocate for women's rights: Use International Women's Day as an opportunity to advocate for women's rights and gender equality. Speak out against discrimination and violence against women, and support organizations that work to promote women's rights and well-being.

Celebrate women's achievements: Take the time to celebrate the achievements of women in your life, including family members, friends, and colleagues. Recognize their contributions to your community and society, and show your appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Death Risk rises to 24 after deadly Cambodia summerhouse fire

Phnom Penh, Cambodia HM NEWS —

The death risk has risen to 24 following a huge fire that gulfed a summerhouse complex in Cambodia as hunt and deliverance operations proceeded Friday with dozens still unaccounted for, according to authorities.
Banteay Meanchey fiefdom spokesperson Sek Sokhom told HM NEWS that officers were now working to determine the ethnicities of those killed in the blaze at the Grand Diamond City Hotel and Casino in Poipet, near the Thai border.
The cause of the fire remains unknown and the Cambodian government has set up a commission to probe, he said.
At least 70 people were injured in the blaze, he said before.
Thai saviors who responded to exigency calls from Cambodian authorities said more bodies had been set up trapped inside hostel apartments on Friday.
Somboon Kwan- uam, with Thailand’s Poh Teck Tung Foundation, said bank situations in the corridors were lower Friday after hampering earlier deliverance sweats when numerous of the victims were set up dead from bank inhalation locked inside their hostel apartments.
“ We set up seven further bodies from apartments on the alternate bottom, ” Somboon said.
Some of the victims ’ bodies were anticipated to be transported back to Thailand Friday, he added.
Thai deliverance workers said some victims had jumped to their deaths from the burning structure in a frantic attempt to escape.

“ Two people failed incontinently when they hit the ground and around four to five( others) broke their legs, ” said Peerapan Srisakorn, from the Aranyaprathet Rescue Foundation.
Vids on the group’s Facebook runner showed deliverance workers in helmets and defensive gear walking through bank- filled corridors.
Sek Sokhom said the hostel used an electric system for apartments and elevators, so when the fire started and the structure lost electricity, numerous people were stuck in their apartments and couldn't escape.
roughly 700 Thai citizens were saved and transferred to hospitals in Thailand, according to authorities.
Some 300 police officers, 11 fire exchanges and a number of copters were stationed to the scene, according to Banteay Meanchey Provincial Police CommissionerMaj.Gen. Sithi Loh. The hostel’s narrow and elevated layout had made it delicate to completely assess the status of the blaze, he added.
Poipet, a transport mecca between Cambodia’s Siem Reap and the Thai capital Bangkok, is known for its multiple pavilions and is home to numerous Thais who work in the megacity’s gambling assiduity. nearly all forms of gambling are illegal in Thailand so numerous Thais cross the border to go fairly.

prints from the scene on Wednesday night showed huge bright amber dears and awards of bank rising from the complex.
Peerapan, from the Aranyaprathet Rescue Foundation, earlier told HM NEWS he suspected the fire started at a lower bottom eatery before spreading to other corridor of the emulsion. “ Some people ran to the rooftop,( thinking) that the Cambodians might have a deliverance crane to help – but they did n’t have one, ” he said.
Weather conditions may have helped the fire to spread, he added.
“ It was veritably windy last night, ” he said. “ The fire spread up snappily to the upper bottoms and also to every side, gulfing the whole structure. ”
He said he also saw a structure lose electricity and the lights go off.
